“The property was in excellent condition, with all utilities of a high standard.
All communication prior to and after arrival were first class. The check-in procedure was clear and simple and without any problems.
The location was very good for us, reasonably close to the main attractions, with public transport nearby if required. There are also shops nearby for groceries etc if required.
Overall, the apartment contributed greatly to a lovely stay in New Orleans”
“I wish I could give more than 5 stars based on amenities and customer service alone. We stayed in the iberville tower. The room was a bit small, but it literally did not matter. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the staff was above accommodating to any need that arose, and it is by far my favorite place I have stayed in New Orleans. This was my 8th trip here, as the city calls me back often and I like to try to stay somewhere different each time. It will be difficult for me to find any reason...

Staff was nice, very easy check in and check out, hotel was clean, and I never felt unsafe. It's walkable to every thing from Frenchman Street to the Garden District, it was such a nice place to land after a busy week exploring the city.”

“This is an exceptional property. It is an oasis hidden in the middle of the French Quarter. After a long day of walking, it was such a treat to cool off in the pool.
