The valet service made it super easy to come and go without worrying about parking, and there are plenty of restaurants and ice cream shops within walking distance, perfect for evening strolls. This hotel truly exceeded our expectations in every way. We felt relaxed, well taken care of, and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. "Friendly staff, location in a very popular touristy area. Across the street from the beach with plenty of nearby mini marts and restaurants. The breakfast buffet included a variety of breakfast foods and drinks. "

"I reserved a Balinese bed but was not informed that there was a charge for this. I found out that there was a charge of 150Euros for it when I was paying my bill at check out.Had I known it was this expensive I would not have reserved one. I would have preferred to have spent the 150 Euros on lunch, drinks etc which would have been better value for money. Please can you inform staff to inform customers of the cost of reserving Balinese bed "
