"Upon arrival the staff was preoccupied and showed minimal interest in checking us in to our rooms. Went to the rooms and one was not cleaned nor prepped for guests, bed was unmade, trash in trash in trash cans, housekeeping did not clean the room from previous day. The other two rooms were not stocked ..."
