"My first time "Glamping", so a lot of this was new to me. FYI....the doors in the photos are not full height. You do have to duck a little bit when going in and out. Not a big deal, but just point it out in case some people have bad backs and/or have trouble stooping. But on a major plus, the floors inside the one I stayed in were wood, so no dirt floors here.
Learning to use the outdoor shower was a bit tricky. While it is enclosed with a wooden privacy fence, there is no place to store your change of clothes or to stand while drying off or to place your clothes. Highly recommend bring a drawstring bag or something similar to hold your clothes and hang it off the fence while you shower, or even pack a robe and a clothes hanger to hang it from so you can just use that to get back in to your yurt to change. Also recommend bringing a pair of flip-flops or similar sandals to use in the shower and to walk back into your yurt. I didn't think to bring this but I figured out a creative way to get dressed and dry my feet and then step into my hiking boots right outside the little tub enclosure I was standing in. Despite these little inconveniences there is something awesome about being able to shower outside and being able to have a natural breeze help dry you off outside that no indoor bathroom can match.
Little inconveniences but still preferable to having to stay in a standard hotel with shared walls, so still recommend to try."
