"I was very dissapointed with my stay. I stayed in a room that had a fire pit out in the balcony which of course was more money, when we got to our room the fire pit wasn't working, then the engineer of the property had to come over and figure out the problem. The next day I left early to the pool leaving my son to sleep in, so I requested for housekeeping to come later. We left the property so I called the front desk to ask if housekeeping could go and refresh my room. I also explained to them that my son had bug bites on his leg, and there was a spider on the ceiling. Well housekeeping NEVER arrived. I called 4 times they never cleaned my room. I had a dirty room for 2 nights. That same day I went to the pool at about 4pm no clean towels in sight. The shower curtain in my room smelled like old wet rags. The slidding door had a broken knob with dirty curtains. I paid $800+ for the worst stay. I had initially wanted to stay until checkout on Monday, but decided to leave early. Before checking out I spoke to the front desk about my experience, and they said that a Manager would reach out to me. I'm still waitting for that to happen. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE."
