"The location was a little further compared to what I thought from Palm Springs. The exterior looked like a motel 6 but the interior pool and spa was nice and clean.
The outdoor temps are too hot for even bugs so they found refuge in our room. From a large spider, one roach, crickets chirping at night in the room.
Be aware there's no elevator so we asked for a downstairs room since my mom's knee hurts going down stairs. The beds were not queen, but double beds means two full size beds. Larger size refrigerator, microwave, and room individual coffee maker, with no coffee pods. There's a communal room with a Large Coffee Maker (like 2 gal size), but the coffee tasted like dirt. My guess is the person making it doesn't know the water to coffee ground ratio.
The internal door lock wouldn't lock, but the owner came by and fixed it.
The best part of the hotel was the pool and spa. There's even a sauna and mineral water. For a reasonable price to sleep, you get what you pay for."
