"Booked multiple rooms Thursday night since we would be arriving really late. Arrived Friday 5 am as we planned knowing we have the room until 12 pm check out. Got there and attendant told us they had marked us as a no show and cannot give us a room despite already haven paid for it!! Got on a call with a very hopeful hotels.com representative who informed the hotel attendant that they either have to give us service or trigger a refund. Ended up taking 2 hrs for us to get us two rooms which his manager approved after speaking to him on the phone, given that he was the only person working at the hotel (understaffed). Room was musty once we got in. You get what you pay for. Breakfast was terrible. "

"Very nice room - very quiet - 2 restaurants right on site - comfortable bed and the nicest bathroom we’ve ever had at a hotel. Building is a little old, but inside is very nice. Picked this hotel as it was the closest to my venue, but very close to Sommerset Mall and lots of restaurants and other places. Felt very safe here and very easy to get around. Would stay here again. "
