"Have been happy with the many stays we had at this property although this stay was different. The first room we were given had a very bad oder and because we checked in late there were no other rooms available. The person at the front desk was nice and able to get another room for us the second night. Turned out the bathroom in the new room was sub par as well. Finally, we found mouse droppings in the breakfast potatoes. Disappointed as we have stayed, and have been satisfied, at this property over 10 nights in the last few years. "

"Can I just say fish fry at the reception desk I couldn’t believe it The lady had a hot plate going behind the counter frying fish, it might have been the man that was with her who was doing the cooking I was told to get rid of my water when I was at the pool area, walked past and the maintenance room smelled like cigarettes So fish fry and cigarettes, better not have water by the hot tub That’s all I’ve got"

"We have stayed here 3x before when it was less crowded. Thoses times were good ( cleaner) because the value for the money was good. This time was different The toilet was slapdash kinda of clean. The TV wasn't working but we made it work. The beakfast was su par for the price. It was graduation weekend and the rate reflected the market. But for the price and the marketing opportunity, we had expected a better selection of breakfast item. Though the gravy and biscuits were good. The 2 empty trays were disappointing. Next time we will be leary about smthis place when there are events at the university. They can't handle the crowd well."

"I didn't use any amenities, so, not sure what they are or look like. Room was clean. Room had a few spots that needed painted. Bsthroom was clean. Chair in room needed to be wiped down as it had a couple of sticky spots. Room has a nice size frig and microwave - very rare to see one or the other anymore. There is a 1 cup coffee/hot tea maker in the room but it was spurting water when I tried to make a cup of tea, so, I didnt drink any. Beds were comfy. Pillows are normal hotel pillows. There is a hairdryer in the bathroom which is nice. Hotel is right on the main highway in Cuba. Overall, great stay and I'd stay again."

"Property was clean, quiet and beautiful. The restaurant is not worth it what so ever. 18$ nachos with 3 little chunks of chicken and a couple pieces of jalepeno. We decided after that to not order entrees. Our room was clean and very cozy. Staff was extremely nice."
