“They double charged me for my room. I booked my room on Expedia which took my money. Then they didn't clarify the $15 pet fee per night. Plus $80 room deposit. But when they took my card for the deposit they also charged me for the room again. I asked for the money back and got attitude and never got my money back. The room was dirty. Outlets didn't work, chairs and lights didn't work. Smoke detector was going off. Very rude staff. Air conditioner barely worked. I still never got my money back!”
