"Reserved a room with two twin beds. Paid for a room with two twin beds (as advertised on what I chose on Expedia). Was told on check-in that Expedia doesn’t display the room choices and that in order to get the room there would be an extra cost. Not cool. "
"청결에 신경 쓰지 않는 아저씨들끼리 단합대회 겸하여 가는 것이 아니라면, 등록된 사진만 보고 가족여행 또는 연인간 여행의 숙소로 묵기엔 돈이 아까운 곳입니다. 체크인 했더니 아직 치워지지 않은 이전 투숙객의 흔적들, 전화기 위에 박재된 듯 앉아 있는 파리 사체, 방안 구석구석 끼어있는 벌레 사체들, 침구에 짜부러져 붙어있는 각다귀 사체, 언제부터 침입하였는지 모를 살아서 기어다니는 벌레들까지 '청결'과는 거리가 먼 곳이었습니다. 그리고 관리자이신지 모르지만, 바베큐를 위해 숯불 좀 더 넣어달랬더니 궁시렁대는 것이 참 일하기 싫어하는구나 싶었습니다. 결국 어머니가 이 모든 것이 너무 마음에 안 드셨던지 다음날 아침 일찍 나가자 하셔서 11시 이전에 쫓기듯 나온 안 좋은 기억만 남았습니다."
