"Initially I was allocated Room 106. Low quality room. No carpet, bathroom window frame broken. I requested another room. Ok. Nice room 215. Check out time is 10am. At 9am a guest entered my room, with a key, to store her luggage. Fortunately I was up and dressed. Not good enough in my opinion. To future guests, if you are allocated room 106 check before accepting. To garden lodge you need to upgrade room 106. Not sure if I will be back. Probably not."

"Great location - we went to an event at the Enmore. It was so close and amongst the action. You could hear traffic noise but it didn't disturb us. The free drinks in the lobby was a nice touch and the bed was extremely comfortable."

"Incredibly friendly staff, clean bathrooms. Rooms were clean. Bed was comfy what more can you ask for. Bar was great and the food they served was both delicious and reasonably priced."
