“Room smelled a bit like mold, was told to get out of shower on night two due to leaking onto second floor and wasn’t given an option to switch rooms. Then the tv didn’t work. The staff however was extremely polite and understanding as well as helpful with trying to get the tv back working. However felt like I should have been comped or given a discount due to the circumstances.”

“There was a very bad mildew smell to the property , the drains wouldn’t drain in the shower and the property was unfortunately damaged from the storm that recently passed through.”

“It looks like they tried to go the absolute cheapest route to "update" this hotel. No one ever answered the desk phone but would send an automated text while it was still ringing that also offered to help but was in fact useless. “Price was right for a one night stay. All I needed was a bed and a bathroom.”

“The heated pool was amazing!!! And the have a big hot breakfast in the morning. It was minutes from the beach.we will definitely come back!”

Our room, 607, had an issue with the lights above the bed closest to the balcony flickering in and out. The big lamp shade bottom was partially pulling off and the TV had lines through the top third of the screen. I didn't report these during...

“The hallway carpet where we were needed replacement or a serious cleaning. The room floors and lobby were fine. The manager was wonderful - helped us resolve a conflict with Expedia.”

“The property was very nice. Liked the privacy. Great hot tub and great communication”

“Everything was wonderful! The only thing not perfect was the pool could have been warmer, and the hot tub hotter.”
