“We had an amazing time on vacation here at Perdido Towers! Condo is beautiful, right off the beach and private but only a half mile from the Flora Bama so we could go out for fun!! “The floor was filthy. There was sand everywhere. The washer and dryer need proper maintenance performed. It took several cycles to get the laundry clean and dry. The kitchen did not have everything necessary to cook and the dishes had not been washed prior to our arrival. The hot water heater is in need of either a good cleaning or repairs as the hot water only lasted a few moments before running out. There was no extra bedding for the pull out sofa bed. “I would give this place 100 stars if I could! It was absolutely perfect for our family. I love that you can close the gate in the driveway, making it safer for the kids to run around. The yard wraps all the way around the house! It just felt like the owner thought of everything. We were visiting from Panama City for a wedding and it was close to the venue. We had kids (11, 8, & 2) with us and they loved the house, yard, and nearby park! ”
