"Overall, a good hotel with very kind and accommodating ladies at the front desk. I really appreciated their friendliness and helpfulness.
However, the main issue I encountered was the room itself. The sound insulation was poor, and I could clearly hear people talking in neighboring rooms. Even worse, whenever guests opened or closed their doors, especially in the room next door, my entire room would shake. This was quite disturbing, particularly at night, and I had to use earplugs to try to sleep. Even with earplugs, the constant noise and movement from neighboring rooms made it difficult to get a good night’s rest.
Another inconvenience was the room layout. There was no bedside table to place my phone or personal belongings. Instead, the only available space was on a shelf above my head, which I found rather strange and impractical.
Despite these issues, my overall experience wasn’t bad. The staff were lovely, and I would consider staying here again, but definitely in a different room category with better sound insulation and a more practical layout."
