โChecking in was just fine. No chit chat, just basics.
Room was large. AC unit is noisy. Thankfully in different room tha me. No regular coffee only decaf. But, 500% better than the last hotel I was in.โ
โFriendly staff, seem attentive and responsible, breakfast was clean and plenty of options, organized and quick check in/out, clean, quiet, ice machine on both floors, walking distance to Circle K that has a little of everything, hotel was renovated and seems to be improving more daily, internet in room was okay, but 4 times faster in lobby if doing super heavy work. โ
โThis city was in need for a stable business to help turn Jackson Ms back into the city I knew as a child and as a police officer with the state capital police department. We love the property and have stayed in many of them, and as always our stay has been AAA nothing but the best customer service anyone could expect. Thanks again โ
โCame in town for a concert and Brandon Ampitheatre. The hotel is only a 10 minute drive from the venue. Several restaurants nearby. Hotel was very clean and the staff were all friendly. Definitely would stay here again if Iโm in the area. โ
โThis was a wonderful spot. I was in town because my sister had 2 medical appointments. It was very close to both appointments though they were in different directions. Great restaurants and shopping close by as well. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. I will definitely stay there again.โ
