"Nice stay, spotless room if not a little small. Very comfortable bed and range of pillows. A kettle , tea and coffee in the room would be a welcome addition or is this not a USA norm? "

"The front desk lady was rude. The property claimed that they pet friendly, but they despise dog. The front desk lady wanted to charge me 100 dollars per night because my dog was barking at night. In fact , it was her fault to assign us in a non-pet friendly room then wanted to charge us double as supposed to be 50 per night not 100 dollars per night. "

"Parking was easy and secure. It’s a safe area. Bed was sooo firm I thought I was sleeping on a piece of wood. Property was clean but on a budget. "

"Best thing about this property is its location. Can't be beat. Easy walk to Palace of Fine Arts and Crissy Fields. Free parking is 2nd best thing. Now.. when you put these two pluses together, no need to look further. Property is old, needs update, but it's clean. Parking is a tight squeeze, but free. Typical motel, but location, location, location!"

" I had a mixed experience staying at this hotel. On the positive side, the location is very convenient, parking is free (which is a huge plus), and the price is quite affordable compared to other options in the area. However, there were a few disappointments that impacted our stay. The listing was a bit misleading, we were expecting a mini fridge in the room, but there wasn’t one. The TV was also not working during our stay, and while the room was clean, it definitely looked like it could use some maintenance and updating and the walls are pretty thin you could hear others next door. One of the biggest issues was the lack of clarity in the online description. Had the amenities and room details been more accurately described, I likely would have chosen to upgrade to a different room. Additionally, Expedia indicated that early check-in was available for a fee, but when I asked the front desk, I was told this wasn’t an option and had to wait until the standard 3 PM check-in time. It would be helpful if this information were clearly and accurately reflected online to avoid confusion. Overall, the stay was okay for the price, but better transparency in the listing would have made a big difference in managing expectations. "

"Parking was an issue. Have an F150 Truck, didn’t fit in single parking had to take two spots due to angle of spots. First come first serve, not enough spots per room. One night had to pay for public parking. Owner on site very friendly and accommodating with parking issue. Room clean, bathroom extremely small, faucet not caulked/attached to sink so it moved at each use. Missing smoke alarm, exposed wires hanging down from ceiling. Ice maker out of order."
