Carpets were dirty sofa was broke mand leather peeling and the fact shower and toilet area were dirty my girlfriend had to bleach and clean en suite due to pubic hair and glass being dirty in current pandemic pretty poor

Let down by housekeeping. Wanted our room serviced each day but arrived back with bed not made, cups and glassed dirty. Foreign lady came to clean our room whilst we were in it.
