Great central location just a view minutes (via the Market Brae steps) to the High Street and railway station. I had no direct interaction with the proprietor or staff. Nevertheless the guest house was reasonably homely, clean and well maintained. A good budget choice.

Our stay here was pleasant and the beds were comfortable. We really didn't spend a lot of time in the room but it was very adequate for the time we did. The room was cleaned and tidied on our second day even though it was only a two night stay, which was a nice surprise. The biggest downside was the small bathroom/shower, which was basically the size of what you might find in an RV. The other thing to know is normal check in appears to be only between 4 and 6p, but the owner was very accomodating in getting us into the room even if we were arriving later, so I odubt it would become a major issue as long as you message the property before arrival.

Enjoyable

Very nice stay at the Park Hill Guest House. The room was small, as was the bathroom but fine for 1 person especially for a short stay. Very well located and cosy decor.

The cleanest and most welcoming property I have ever stayed in. The room had nice ammenites and was beautifully decorated. It is located near shopping, attractions, local transportation, and many restaurant choices. All walkable and in safe area. Simply a pleasurable experience.

The property was very nice, clean and comfortable. I checked in late so the keys were left for me which suited me. I did get an email to ensure everything was fine which is appreciated. The property is within walking distance of everything that you need. I would stay here again.

Brilliant guest house

I was in Inverness for a quick one night stay and booked Park Hill as it’s very central to the bus station and the city centre in general. Upon arrival, I was given a great welcome by Cherry, who is absolutely brilliant. My room was a twin which was a good size with an en-suite shower room. Everything was spotless and I thought the room was nicely furnished. Would definitely recommend staying here, and I look forward to booking again.
