"The building is old and it is showing. The AC in our room was barely cooling down the room and as a result we were not able to sleep well for a couple of nights when the outside weather was warm."

"Modern clean room with comfy beds,daughter and I had dinner in the restaurant and a bottle of wine we were able to take back to our room. Breakfast was great and being able to walk a short distance right into the airport terminal was unique. Very good value for the money"

"The whole first floor (non-smoking) smells of Marijuana. It was so strong that I couldn't walk to or from my room without my infant having a coughing spell. Layout is also very weird, we had to take an elevator up to our floor, then walk all the way down the hall, then down a flight of stairs, to get to our room. If stairs are an issue for you, make sure you book an accessible room."

"Perfect location for night before travel. Not a good place if staying any longer. The restaurants and bar don’t take cash. An error on our dining bill resulted in us being overcharged nine pounds which is not easily or immediately reversed/corrected. Will see in a few days if the money is restored to our card or not. Seemed to be a complicated process for them to correct the error which does not inspire confidence. FYI - If you are a traveller who prefers cash for any reason you can walk over to the airport. Several shops and restaurants outside security open 24/7 that take cash for half the price. We wish we had strolled over before ordering two sandwiches (for the price of three) at the hotel. Rosie the server was so professional, fast and friendly."

"The hotel is amazing and modern. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay there. I have some recommendations to make it even better: - Amenities should be present before asking like water, slippers in addition to the already existing tea and coffee - The breakfast should be more international, with live egg preparations and more options. - Have better quality control like stains on floor and curtains sometimes, new towels which have stains. And more importantly, room cleaning should be more punctual, especially when the cleaning sign is placed at the door."
