I had to be transferred to another room due to the fact shower inoperable and maintenance cannot repair it. So at 11 PM I was given a room that was considered out of service due to a leak in the roof. When I showered the next morning, the drainage on the shower was up to my ankles in water. The disturbance of me having to transfer at 11 PM causes disruption in my sleep. Thus I left at 3 AM because there was no point in staying.

The room was very nice, it was clean, the staff was friendly and pleasant. The rooms aren’t quiet. The ice machine wasn’t far from our door and got used a lot into the early morning. The people in the room next to ours were very noisy until 2 am and had their tv on all night. It was still on and easily heard in our room when we left at 6 am. Just a couple of unfortunate circumstances. I would stay again.

I like that the rooms are big so things in the time where falling apart but the Assistant general manager was horrible she is unprofessional and do not know how to handle different situations under pressure. She needs more training in hospitality.

Loved this hotel, was only supposed to stay 1 night ended up stay 2 as the train station was very convenient going into NYC. Very clean and safe property, wiuld definitely staybhere again! PS the toilet(bidet) was my husband's favourite part 😃

This property would not accept my cash app card as a form of payment at the location. This is the same card I used when booking through Expedia. There has to be transparency between Expedia and the hotel about their policies. I was also made aware they do not accept chime cards as well.

Excellent hotel near oak tree road. Very clean and spacious rooms. The bathrooms were very clean and good amenities were provided. Breakfast also had good options. The staff was very courteous. The beds were too soft for my liking. Rest everything else was excellent.

Staff went way above and beyond to be helpful and kind. When there wasn’t a shuttle driver, the manager drove us himself. And the front desk arranged that for us, as well as just being incredibly kind! And we were there for a funeral, and got condolences from several staff members!

Getting to the Hotel via exiting the Parkway was a simple process, wide open roads and well lit. The porte-cochère over the front door was helpful in the snow. Parking was seamless and the The atrium entrance with very high ceiling, easy jazz, and at times classical music, was beautiful, smelled fresh and felt open and welcoming. The front desk clerk was beyond wonderful and helpful especially went to great lengths to provide us with a luggage cart. The walk ways, elevator, pool and gym were exceptionally clean & the extra towels were appreciated however the womens' locker room was freezing cold. Bed was an inner spring mattress, a bit hard but we slept just fine on crisp clean linens except for the pounding, slamming doors and ability to clearly hear speaking in the next room. The heating was so over efficient we had to turn it off as well as the noise from the motorized bidet. A few bathroom cabinets were tired looking and appeared to have chipped paint. The in house restaurants happen to be closed during our stay but he bar did open for a few hours with a limited menu. The short distance to Metro Park was just what we were looking for and convenient.Overall we would stay there again and do recommend the Woodbridge APA Hotel.

Great place to stay. I will highlight some points for my two week stay at APA. Good: - Clean and big room. - Dalily cleaning. - Friendly staff, always willing to support. - 10 minute walk to Metropark Station (10$ USD ticket will take you to Penn Station in New York in around 35/50 minutes) - 5 minutes car trip to Walmart/Target so you can buy some groceries if you are having a long stay. The bad: - The Bidet did not work upon arrival (did not report it as it was no big deal for me). - No Laundry machines. I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel and would definitively come back.

Front desk was very helpful. However, the property was not well managed. There is too much noise from neighboring rooms and hallways. Housekeeping did not clean our room in timely manner, had to request twice to get it done. Bathroom was too small and wasn’t clean, as well as things didn’t work properly. There was no hot water in the room.

The shower curtain was dirty and also no hot water during stay . Couldn’t take a shower at all.

This was the first time I've had a hotel where the bathroom had a bidet. That was awesome! The bed was a little firm for my taste but otherwise, I had a great stay.
