Hotel Moab Downtown

"Location location location! Proximity to downtown couldn’t have been better. Pool and hot tub were enjoyable to have. The rooms had really cute new wallpaper and bathroom sinks. The hot tub had quite a bit of sand at the bottom, the hand towel rack in the bathroom kept falling off the wall, and some carpet in the hallway was sticking up causing a tripping hazard. But the staff were nice and the location alone is enough that I would come back and stay again absolutely."

"Room was very clean. Laundry was great amenity. The showers should have grab bars. A lot of elderly people were staying there. No elevators made it very difficult for guests to carry luggage upstairs. Other then that, it’s a great place to stay."

"Very friendly staff, clean room, ice machine, and good location. But you get what you pay for. Tiny room, soft mattresses, bad water pressure in the shower, and outdoor space was a perk but you pretty much are on the edge of the parking lot staring at bumpers (better than being in the room though!). Not sure if more money would have meant better accommodations but something you may want to consider."

"It is an old motel, so the rooms face the street, and there is some noise. But it is totally renovated, and very clean. Great for our 1 nite stay and the price is right."

"Wow! This was by far our favorite hotel during our two week vacation visiting several national parks! The room is gorgeous, large, clean and had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. They even provided bags of ice for our cooler. Customer service was impeccable. Everyone seemed to love being there. They have set the bar high…they need to teach other hotels how to create the perfect experience for their customers. Bravo!"

"We had a good 5 day stay at My Place Hotel while visiting Arches National Park and Canyon Lands National Park. What would have made it a great stay, would have been to have someone tidy our room at least once during our stay. They had a cleaning crew but they never stopped at our room. We had to ask for more tissues and drinking cups. This is a nice, newer, very clean hotel and it’s a shame I had to take away a star for this reason."
