"We were lucky enough to find a good price for two rooms. Typically the rates are slightly higher than others there in Moab so we save the $60 but add the continental breakfast, a wins a win with kids! The one thing that I believe would help justify the prices is getting a quality restaurant to either provide shuttles to and from or have one within walking distances. The current building would not support a breakfast let alone a restaurant. And as the heat down there is a draw the inability to walk to a restaurant is a serious concern in such heat. Great staff, cleanliness is top notch parking is ok but confined due to location so not sure how they’d do differently. Pool was what expected honestly pretty great watching lightning to the South! Building is a great location for views of either red rock or to the south the river valley and red rock rim!"

"We arrived late and Richard who was at front desk was very helpful and tried his best to accommodate our requests. This individual deserves a raise! We booked two suites for five adults. Spacious and clean rooms. Oh and the breakfast options are not limited. They have great selection. And well stocked."
