"Everything was great! The room was spacious, very clean with a great ocean view. "

"Rooms are extremely clean and well kept. The room fridge, I found out later, tends to make a noise that sounds like someone trying to get into the room. I did not find this out until check-out as I had expressed concern that someone kept trying to get in the room. I assumed someone just had the wrong room and moved on. I asked about it the first time it happened and never got an answer. Got one on check-out. Breakfast is ok, but variety is limited. Scrambled eggs are so chopped up you have to eat them with a spoon and are very bland. Boiled eggs? Never saw one single person eating those. Maybe taking to their room to feed their dogs. Skipped breakfast day two. "

"This is where I stay when going to Topsail. It's quiet this time of year. I think all rooms have a balcony with view of the ocean. I love sleeping where I can leave the curtains open. It's a great place, and the manager enjoys meeting his patrons. "

"Angled view of the ocean from the balcony, spacious room, and kitchenette. Only complaint i have would be the walls being so thin i could here our neighbors conversations. Which kept us up most of the night. Great location"
