“Everything was as stated. Room was small but quaint and perfect. Even in winter we enjoyed the balcony and the fact we did not have to carry our luggage far from the train station and over the bridges! Communication was top notch! ”

“This property is in a great location, really quiet yet just walking distance from the lively ports of Venice. Plenty of dining options around. The only issue is that there is no elevators and we stayed on the 3rd floor (4th floor for Americans) so if you are going to stay here pack lightly!”
