Really dirty and horrible hotel. Would not recommend to use this hotel for pets let alone for human beings. Yellow water coming from bathroom basin and toilet and shower. Floors to the hotel room were sticky and dirty.

We stayed at 4 hotels in Türkiye due to travel and Avecinna was by far the best. The breakfast’s were delicious and well presented. The front desk was helpful, kind, and accommodating. The concierge by the name of Bilal was especially helpful and extended himself far beyond what was expected. We thank Avicenna for a delightful stay.

This is now my third time at this hotel and it’s huge attraction is its situation so close to to the historical centre. As I get older I regret that it has no lift, but in all other respects it met my needs very well.

Hotel is not clean and dusty we have checked in and went to the room was no clean at all so we had to request to change our room second is that okay but it was not clean. I would not go back to this hotel again and I wouldn’t recommend

Hotel très bien situé. La chambre suffisamment grande ais la salle de bain très petite. Diffucile de faire cohabiter une cabine douche et un toilette. Hotel relativement bruyant. L 8nsonoristion n est pas bonne et on entends tous les bruits extérieurs.

Needs improvement
We stayed one night and it happened to be a Saturday night. They did not inform us that there will be live music in the evening in the restaurant just above our room. The noise was unbearable. They finished at 12 o clock midnight and then started the cleaning process which included dragging tables and chairs and the sorting out of glasses and plates, which made an additional two hours of noise, so at 2 a.m we could successfully fall asleep. We had to check out early next morning, so the whole experience was unpleasant and stressful. The staff was polite and helpful, breakfast was good too. The bed sheet is a bit too small for two people. It got cold in the middle of the night and we found out that there was no no additional blanket. The air conditioner had no battery so we couldn’t use it either.

NICHT VON DEN BILDERN TÄUSCHEN LASSEN! Das einzig Gute an dem Hotel war, dass es zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten wie die Blaue Moschee und Hagia Sophia Moschee nah war und die Öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel in Reichweite waren. Das Zimmer war unheimlich klein, sodass man keine 2-3 Schritte machen konnte. Bett war klein, schmutzig und man hatte keinen Kopfteil, sodass man sich den Kopf an die Wand stoß. Im gesamten Zimmer gab es nur 3 Steckdosen. Das witzige war, dass der eine für den Kühlschrank schon genutzt wurde, der zweite hinter dem Bett war und der dritte als einziger Nutzbare. Das Zimmer konnten wir nicht lüften, da es keine Fenster gab. Nur eine Tür zum Balkon, welches direkt neben den anderen Balkons war. Sehr unsicher, da die Nachbarn nur einen Schritt machen und schon an unserem Balkon wären oder Katzen reinkommen könnten. Das Badezimmer war ebenso klein und dreckig. Die Bidetdüse vom Klo war kaputt und die Dusche unangenehm. Wasser war nicht stark genug. Da der Safe im Zimmer kaputt war und wir das den Mitarbeitern gemeldet haben, Sie aber leider nicht kamen, mussten wir vor unserer Hoteltür den „Do Not Disturb“ Schild hängen, da unsere pers. Gegenstände im Zimmer waren. Nichtsdestotrotz kam das Personal zum sauber machen und unsere Klamotten haben die Plätze gewechselt, zum Glück ist aber nichts Abhanden gekommen. Als wir die Mitarbeiter in der Rezeption darauf Aufmerksam gemacht haben, wurden wir unfreundlich verwiesen.

Kesinlikle kimseye tavsiye etmiyorum resimlerde göründüğü gibi asla bir otel değil otelin yatağından tutun banyosuna kadar çok eski öyle bir banyo yapmışlar ki Duşakabinden çıkmanız için kapıyı kapatmanız lazım kapıyı kapatmak için de tuvalet klozetin üstüne çıkmak gerekiyor o kadar saçma mimari yapmışlar yataklardaseniz çok kötü asla rahat değil hijyenik konusunda temiz bir otel değildi bu paraya çok daha iyi yerler var dört yıldızlı otel nasıl vermişler buna hayret ediyorumBu otelde kalmak için tekrardan gözden geçirmeniz gerekiyor ben dış görünüşüne ve resimlere çok aldandımAma otel asla resimlerdeki gibi değil kahvaltı salonu yani restoran kısmı o kadar ufak bir yer ki altı masa aynı anda yediği zaman yer olmuyor Beklemek zorunda kalıyorsunuz asla ben bir daha böyle bir otelde kalmayacağım

A EVITER ABSOLUMENT. !!!! Nous sommes restés 5 nuits dans cet hôtel, durant ce séjour, impossible de dormir avant 1 h du matin, en cause la musique à fond du restaurant situé sur le palier du dernier étage face aux chambres de luxe avec balcon. Cette chambre mal insonorisée, à la propreté plus que douteuse ( moisissure, odeurs de remontées d'égout, sans parler du filet d'eau pour essayer de prendre une douche.et du ménage pas fait ni les draps changés......) est à l'image de l'ensemble de l'hôtel, sans parler du personnel foncièrement désagréable. I didn't like the room, it was small, the staff was not friendly at all. They litellery gave us dead stare when we would come and go... Also, the AC did not work well. It had a lot of loud noise which caused me sleepless nights. Over all I would not recoomned this hotel. Also they didn't let us use the Terras for breakfast and made us eat in the dungen which was extremely hot

Poca limpieza, debajo de la cama estaba demasiado sucio. La regadera (shower) estaba rota por un lado y no se podía sostener, nosotros la teníamos que sostener.

Personnel accueillant et disponible. Très bon petit déjeuner. Bonne ambiance. Points négatif : on entend tout... mur très fin. Il ne faut pas être sensible aux bruits... Je recommande.
