공항무료셔틀 운행하는 가성비 좋은 호텔
공항근처로 무료셔틀이용조건이 좋았음. 비행기 소음이 밤새 크긴 했으나, 짧은 스테이로 이동할 경우 시내까지 안가고 좋은 조건임. 5성급임에도 가격이 저렴하고, 식사내용이 좋았음. 다만, 호텔시설 이용 안내판 게시가 미흡함.

대중교통을 이용하기는 불편. 호텔컨디션은 그럭저럭
교통이 너무 불편합니다. 공항근처라고는 하지만 공항까지 택시로 30리라정도이구 공항간 도로가 너무 밀리는 구간이라 거리상 가깝더라도 시간은 꽤 걸립니다. 호텔셔틀버스는 미리예약을 해야 하며 배차도 많이 않습니다. 호텔조식이나 호텔서비스는 훌륭합니다. 비행기 소음이 있습니다.

The housekeeper Selvim was awesome. Friendly atmosphere. Also, it is very clean and quiet even when at roadside. The only thing that need improvement is for them to invest in new towels. Otherwise, the stay was amazing.

Horrible!! Stay away. Don't even think to stay!
Horrible!! Stay away. don't even think about staying in this joint. Filthiest hotel I have ever stayed in. In the bathroom you could only enter with flip-flops, disgusting. One of the elevators didn't work. Air conditioning was turned off at night and only ventilated without cooling, making the room a sauna. Foam mattress too soft and worn with undercut in the middle, causing it to roll over in the middle when sleeping. Milk for breakfast was soured and the staff didn't even notice. I was disgusted to eat at the restaurant. At the breakfast tables they only removed the dishes of the previous guests but they didn't even pass a cloth. Even though we were in a non-smoking room, there was a strong smell of cigarettes coming from the ventilation duct in the bathroom. When I checked in they charged the 5 nights in advance. When I saw the room I immediately asked for the cancellation of the charge to change hotels, which I was denied even with interference from Hotels.com, they only offered me a room change. We looked at the "new" room offered which was in the same conditions but still had a strong smoker smell. I'm surprised that a hotel with such a low level of hygiene can carry the name of a Radisson chain. See the photos attached from shover box and kitchen entrance. Only the receptionist during the day, Namir, was extremely polite. All other employees were extremely grumpy and rude.

Akşam dan sabaha kadar 20 derece oda sıcaklığı çok saçma.Klima açılamıyor. Bozukmuş. Fanı çalışan bir klimanın ısıtması sıkıntılı olamaz. ben 2. katta arkadaşım 6. katta kaldı.Gece aşağı indiğimizde tüm misafirler ısıdan şikayet ediyordu. Açıklama kapatın oda normal ısısına gelecek dendi. Hiç bir değişiklik tabii ki olmadı.Halı hakikaten kir içerisinde. Oda da mini bar kontrolü yapılamıyor sanırım. Sadece 2 tane su konulmuş. Tv kumanda düzgün çalışmıyor. Bir tek aşağıda lokantada çalışan arkadaşlar hakikaten iyiydi. Yatak birleştimede çarşaf bile düzgün yayılamamış.Gece müdüründen oda değişikliği isteyen ilk defa böyle bir şey istendi dedi. Alakası yok aslında. Fuar için geldik. Konakladık.Saçma sapan bir otel olmasın diye Radisson da kalıyoruz. Ortalama 40-45euro olması gereken yere hotels kanalıyla kahvaltı dahil bir fiyat görüyoruz, 2. kişiye fazladan ödeme yapıyoruz. Anlaşılır şey değil. Çok üzücü. Kesinlikle bir daha kalmam.

Room very dirty blood stains everywhere on the towels ,bed sheets ,carpet very dirty rooms we couldn’t stay five minutes

-Zimmer sind mega dreckig. -Aufm Kloschüssel waren Haare -Handtücher waren alles andere als sauber -Kein Fenster im Zimmer!! -Roomservice lässt sich Zeit ohne Ende :) (über 1,5h) -Wurden beim Check-in nicht begrüßt, mussten uns selber zurechtfinden. Im Grunde genommen war es eine Katastrophe!

They gave me two smoking room. Very dirty and smell very bad. Then they changed them to another two rooms , one was dirty but the air conditioning was ok the other one air con was not good. Breakfast was the worst ever in Turkey. I don’t think that they know there are over 800 hotels and hitch means the options are better. I give it 2 stars.
