great family stay

It was perfect. Great value for money, really well decorated and maintained, very clean, breakfast lovely and the team really helpful. Only negative was the rooftop was closed throughout as was deemed dangerous which was a shame as imagine the views were great! Location is fantastic just down the road from Shishane bus stop and metro and easy links to everywhere.

Hope to return some day

We were 5 friends who had a 6 bed dorm for ourselves. Everything was great! The room was nice, clean, comfortable and quiet, the location good and the staff friendly. The only thing we didn’t like was that the breakfast ran out of items and wasn’t refilled. The last day there was hardly anything left.

I liked the cool design, the very friendly and helpful staff, the great location close to Galata, Eminönü and Cukurcuma. My room was new and clean, my blanket were changed two times (I was staying for four nights). I didn't liked the loudness of the street and also the horrible smell of the toilet. The staff said it's because of the canalization system.

I wanted to love it but…

The hotel had good customer service, was centrally located, and the rooms were clean. But, we had a serious issue that I have never experienced at any other hotel that I have traveled to around the world and I travel a lot. My neighbor was absurdly noisy. Not the average noise people make by average talking and opening and closing room doors. They would come in at 1-2 AM acting like they were the only people in the whole building. This would carry on till 5 AM some nights. My friends in another room and I would call the front desk and the staff would promptly knock on their door and tell them to be quiet. Sometimes that did not work. One night, the staff came 4 to 5 different times. In my opinion, a scenario like this demands eviction, not simply asking them to constantly be quiet night after night after night. I have never been so exhausted after staying in a hotel. If they had taken this more seriously, I would’ve given them five stars.

This property has a great breakfast. There was an excellent attendant at the reception but the other 2 were really bad. There is not much to say. Everything in Istanbul is a kind of "i dont care". They dont need to be really efficient. Doesn't matter what i write here. Nobody cares anyway.

Ich habe versehentlich das falsche Hotel gebucht obwohl ich dem Personal klar gemacht hatte das ich nicht mit 4 fremden in einem Zimmer schlafen möchte. Mir wurde weder entgegen gekommen oder sonst was. Nach dem ich mehrmals um Hilfe gebeten hatte wurde micr nicht geholfen und dazu wurde ich unfreundlich behandelt. Ich bin mir sicher wenn ich eine Frau wäre das das Personal mir da geholfen hätte. Ich denke nicht das die das zugelassen hätten eine Frau mit 4 fremden in einem Zimmer zuschlafen ich habe stundenlang um Hilfe gebeten. Ich wurde ignoriert und sehr unfreundlich behandelt es wurde auch dunkel und ich hatte Koffer und Gepäck bei mir nicht jeder hat viel Geld und kann sich noch mal eine Unterkunft buchen . Ich wär sehr dankbar das Expedia mir da entgegen gekommen würde danke

Personnel horrible. Je ne recommande pas. Le lait servi lors d'un petit déjeuner était tourné. On a été les seuls a nous en appercevoir et le signaler. Le personnel a goûté pour vérifier et ont tout enlevé lorsqu'ils ont vu qu'on disait la vérité. Les clients qui avaient déjà bu n'ont pas été prévenus du risque de tourista. Personnel et chambres horribles.
