“The staff were great. We came off a cruise ship earlier in the day and they were able to get us into our rooms early. It really made it easy to get settled and getting us out to see the city. Staff also could help us with getting a transport to the airport the next day.”

“Up on arriving in the room i saw what appeared to be blood stained on the white bed sheet on the bed i reported this to one of the cleaner on duty who quickly changed. The hotel is located in close proximity of reaturant , bank, coffee shop , clothes stores and pub a very noisey location though and please be aware of this if youre a light sleeper. . The bed is quiet noisey and i gets lots of pain in my body . I was not very impressed with the repetitive cold breakfast totally displeasing i...

“Thr staff is great. I would definitely stay again Great location, and great staff The master suite is great”

“Great location for a solo trip to Istanbul. The area felt safe, and everything I wanted to see was within easy walking distance. The staff were friendly, professional and breakfast was good, especially with the amazing view. I would definitely stay here again.”

Beim ersten...

“I have travelled to over 40 countries and have stayed in a lot of hotels. Monopol is one of the worst I’ve ever stayed in. The rooms look like they were last renovated in the 1960’s. They seem like they were last cleaned in the 1970’s. The rooms feature black mold in the bathrooms, disgustingly filthy floors and carpeting, the strong, strong smell of years of smoking, dark and dimly lit, and full of rotting wood and damage. And the bed sags in the middle and did not even come with a top sheet,...
