โThis hotel has phenomenal staff. I have absolutely not a single complaint and would praise everyone from housekeeping to Bell Hoff as well as the concierge service. Everyone is extremely polite and extremely helpful and always willing to take time to talk to us. I canโt compliment this place enough. You cannot go wrong staying here.โ

โAbsolutely gorgeous boutique hotel in the heart of sultanahmet in the old town within walking distance to all the sights and both bazaars. The rooms are beautifully decorated and every details is taken care of. The staff are lovely and so helpful with recommendations. Without doubt, if we come back to istanbul, we will stay here. Thoroughly recommend.โ
โItโs overrated and overpriced. Two stars might the best they can get. Free breakfast is not free since almost everythingโs extra charge. Since the location is inconvenient no taxi is willing to pick you up there. โ
โPublic transportation system is very convenient and view from room is excellant, and easy to go Taksim square.

โDas Hotel liegt sehr zentral zu vielen Sehenswรผrdigkeiten, zu dem ist die Marmaray und Tramvay innerhalb 5 Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen, die Fรคhren sind 10 Min. entfernt. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber gewesen und wurde tรคglich nach Wunsch auch gereinigt. Die Putzkrรคfte, sowie die Mitarbeiter/-innen an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich, wir wurden immer gefragt ob alles in Ordnung ist bzw. wir etwas benรถtigen. โWe wanted to stay near the Grand Bazaar in a non chain hotel. This fit the bill very well. The street in front is closed to cars after 10am, so we did have to walk about 300 meters from the taxi with our bags. Room was very quiet. Couldnโt even hear the calls to prayer when we slept. โ
