We had an issue with the AC in our room the first night, and the staff immediately found a solution for us and put us in another room for the night, without the hassle of having to move our luggage and belongings over. The breakfast was first class; special shoutout to Mohammad who worked at the restaurant and was at our service for anything and everything we needed while we dined.
