Price is right

Fast check in / check out, friendly reception staff, wonderful and varied buffet breakfast, room was large. Extra cost ($25) for outdoor pool and free for the indoor pool. Perfect location if arriving to Sabiha airport, 5 minute drive to closest metro station. It is a hotel that had a golden age and tries to reclaim its place, but some things drag it back: the two shower towels had notorious old holes (see pictures), something unforgivable in a country that sells inexpensive great quality towels.

The hotel was wonderful! Great amenities, clean overall and comfortable. The view from the room was gorgeous.The staff were very helpful, friendly and understood English! The breakfast had A LOT of options and was delicious! We were just surprised that the waiters at the restaurant (not the breakfast one) were rude and not friendly at all 🤔 the hotel staff though were amazing. Greatly recommended overall!

"Comfortable Stay with Minor Inconveniences – Woul

I stayed at this hotel for two nights, and overall, the experience was positive. The reception and check-in process were quick and straightforward. The room was spacious enough, although it didn't have a mini bar. However, complimentary instant coffee and tea were provided. If you're someone who drinks a lot of water, be prepared to bring extra or order additional bottles, as the provided supply might not be sufficient. During my stay, the weather in Istanbul was mild, but I found that the air conditioning system was not functioning properly. When I tried to use it for heating, it made the room feel colder instead of warmer. The hotel itself is quite large. My booking did not include breakfast, so I didn’t have the chance to try their food, but I found out that breakfast costs 750 TL (approximately $22). The staff were friendly, and room service was efficient and prompt. Despite the minor inconveniences, I would definitely stay here again.

Worse experience of a hotel stay ever! I am sure once it was a great hotel, as the building is of great architecture for a sea front hotel, the hotel was great probably right after it was founded 15 years ago, and thereafter it started to degrade with no maintenance at all!! Almost no amenities were working as they should! No air conditioning in the rooms, broken shower head, The hotel is advertised with air condition that works as fan only! Neither cooling nor heating does not work! First room which was heated by sunlight temperature increased to 30C our room was changed to the cooler side of building but during night time the temperature fell below 20C and air condition was not able to heat up! Don’t be fooled by 5 stars, it is all about the tooth brush and bath room supplies which no one really uses! In reality the hotel cannot compete with one star guest house and is only a better alternative rather than sleeping at street side! Cleaning also is an issue, there was a used wound plaster on the floor in front of room door which remained there until the last day! The pool change room was never cleaned as smelled like toilet! And the toilet was broken! Corridors were unnecessarily too dark hardly able to notice any clean or dirty surfaces! The room’s shower head was broken water was bolted to our head! The sink drain was very slow! We gave up calling for several services with no results and we were only waiting to check out and escape from the disaster hotel!

Worst hotel experience ever. The room was extremely dirty, the staff were rude and completely unprofessional, and nothing matched what was advertised online. The bathroom smelled terrible, basic amenities were missing, and when I complained, nobody cared or tried to help. This place clearly does not respect its guests. I strongly do NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. Total waste of money and time.
