“It was so cold in the room. I asked staffs how to use the heater but they just told me using remote control in the room air condition. I did it by following what they say but it did not worked. And reception desk is in the restaurant so it is hard to get there. wifi is also week... It was really bad for traveler.”

Selve komplekset hvor leilighetene er befinner seg i gangavstand fra gamlebyen, men er i et litt kjedelig område av Como. Men, god service og fin, ren leilighet. Greit utstyrt kjøkken, A/C i soverom og stue. TV fungerte ikke:(”

“The property was lovely and so nice to stay so close to the lake but also be a 2 minute walk removed from the lake walk. The hotel staff were very helpful and let us check out the evening before so we did not need to rush the morning of our departure to return the keys. ”
