“What can I say? We like the property so much. We decided to add another night. Couldn’t think of the better location. Close to the beach right around walking shopping eating area. When we booked the hotel, the guide said that sheets are not available, which was kind of weird. However, I am so glad that we decided to go on ,and take a chance anyway. The bedding in the apartment , and everything else is stocked properly. There was an easy parking for €15 a night and what really made us very happy...

“Rien a reprocher a cet établissement. Propreté top. Bien situé tout proche de la mer ( on l a voit du balcon). petit studio tres agréable. De plus accueil d une grande gentillesse et compréhension. Nous y retournerons.”

“The check in staff and breakfast staff were absolutely excellent, they couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. The rooms and hotel were very comfortable and clean and the breakfast was excellent. The location was good for us when coupled with the regular free local mini buses. It was good for access to Baia Blu with good car parking. It was quite expensive but we certainly hope to stay again. ”

“La struttura dispone anche di mini appartamentini a livello del giardino ove è presente anche la piscina. Grande disponibilità e tanta educazione da parte di tutte le persone che si sono alternate alla reception durante il mio soggiorno. La struttura si trova a Porto Maurizio e si trova a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro storico. Consigliato.”

“Communication was a bit robotic like. Ilaria didn’t answer any of my questions. Check in details were sent several hours before check in and were good and this kindly allowed me to check in 30 minutes early. The apartment was spotless. The cleaning lady is lovely. No bottle opener in the apartment which was extremely annoying. No view. Expensive for a solo traveller better value for a family. ”

“Very pleasant welcome and very helpful during my stay. Room was adequate, practical. Was a little warm and AC couldn’t be lowered past 24 degrees (was 33 degrees outside) Premises outside was nice, grounds were well kept with a pool, out door dining was also nice. ”

“Abbiamo soggiornato per una notte in famiglia con due cani. Struttura appena ristrutturata, di ottimo pregio. Sarebbe tutto perfetto se non per due dettagli... Il portasaponetta, se apro la saponetta non so dove riporla, la doccia, l'assenza della porta fa sì che il bagno si allagghi leggermente e il bagno un po' piccolo. Ottimo il personale, professionale e disponibilissimo. Grazie torneremo sicuramente.”

“La gentilezza , la disponibilità e la professionalità del personale e del proprietario è senza paragoni . La posizione della struttura è davvero strategica. Appartamenti non nuovissimi ma funzionali , spaziosi e pulitissimi . Grazie per averci fatto vivere un sogno . Ci rivedremo presto ! ”

“war alles top, bis auf die kommunikation mit der zuständigen person vom vermieter. die hat sich nicht wirklich zeit genommen, hat uns die schlüssel abgegeben und uns nicht einmal den eingang gezeigt zum richtigen wohnblock. wir haben dann die wohnung eine halbe atunde gesucht, da es 2 eingänge gibt im gebäude nummer 9!”

“Surprised to see the hundreds of staircases down to the apartment with all the luggage by my hand, then encountered with the spectacular view of Ligurian sea. The weather was perfect at the time during the stay (End of September). You can wine and dine with the beautiful Mediterranean Sea breeze. 10 minutes bus ride to the heart of Riomaggiore, very first village of Cinque Terre from La Spezia side. Great place to relax and start your Cinque Terre tour from bottom to top. (Monterosso Al Mare) It...
