“Yes there were shops restaurants.,,,,no breakfast the room was clean but had no place to hang or put away clothes the bathroom was clean the sink had no counter space the AC worked fine the staff was friendly and nice I would not call it hotel more like motel”

A sweater is necessary as the nights are cool. I stayed in Dome 3 with the best view in my opinion. It is quite sunny during the day, so leave the place around 9 am and return around 4 pm. We love it, we will definitely return. To get to the domos requieres walking up steep hill, so it is not for those who have knee or back...

“Clean, comfortable room in a great area at a very reasonable price. The staff were very friendly and helpful and made the stay easy and enjoyable. The air conditioning was cold and quiet, the beds were comfortable, and the shower had excellent hot water and pressure. The room also had a new smart TV with streaming apps like Netflix and Amazon Prime, which was a great touch for relaxing at night. Everything was clean, well maintained, and exactly as advertised. “We had a wonderful stay at Atami Escape Resort! The staff was incredibly attentive and welcoming and our room was very clean and comfortable with great air conditioning. The food and drinks were excellent and every restaurant on the property was fantastic. Breakfast was amazing each morning and we really appreciated the late checkout. “I loved this place! It is beach front, the deck is huge and amazing with great views of the ocean, pool is nice with a great bar. The unit is very nicely decorated, clean, spacious and had (almost) everytying i needed.The only problem was that the washter and dryer were not working (we really needed it). Also there is a weird 3" step at the entrance and I kept tripping on it, and one person in our group actually fell hard because of it. That step should have a warning or paint or something to...
