โIt is very clean, the staff are super helpful and you can walk to everything you need. They don't do room service but you can get food like pizza across the street late. I could have done with a couple more pillows but it's fine. The balconies all look over the sea and the air-conditioning worked well. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets were lovely and soft. Blackout blinds great. Didn't eat there. โ
โWe stayed in room 220 on 1st floor. About 15 steps to room. (In 3 sections). No lifts. I have walking difficulties but steps we ok. Room clean & basic. Large corner balcony overlooking the sea. Air con in lounge.
On arrival Maria had left key's & instructions for us, easy! Pool area nice, clean & peaceful.
Other than breakfast option which we didn't use. There is no food or drink service on site. But supermarket outside was very good for supplies. For someone with walking issue...
โReally decent little hotel , highly recommend.. paid ยฃ55 for a Friday night and it's in a perfect position. We own 2 apartments in Puerto del Carmen and could not get into ours until Saturday but would deffo stay again as a night out in arrecife is brilliant. Lovely clean kitchen for a cuppa in the morning , plus free storage lockers if you need to leave your bags there for a bit . Yes it's a small room but who cares .โ
โLovely spacious room in lovely relaxed hotel. Extremely friendly and engaging staff. Only suggestion is that they could do with tea or coffee making facilities in the room.โ
โImmaculate public areas and reception. Staff were excellent, our ocean view room was even better than the photos suggested. The breakfast buffet was very comprehensive and varied. Having a beach literally on your doorstep was a lovely bonus. Already preparing a return visit!โ
โI stayed this excellent accommodation with my wife. It located in Carmen del Sol, which has long line of beach and nice restaurants a long it. Bed and facilities was very clean! Probably the most excellent thing is their staff. I left my international driver's license in the room and checked out. But they delivered it for me to the Airport! It was so thankful. I love this place!โ
