“The apartment was nicely renovated and had air conditioning. The apartment blocks are split over two areas, so didn’t really get the holiday feel quite as much. The pool area is quite compact and whilst we never had an issue getting a sunbed they were all very close together and not very comfortable. The pool was also built up all around it with no real breeze so felt very enclosed and quite hot. The staff were all super friendly and happy to help with anything. Sadly our apartment number 63...

“Reception staff, particularly Belen who helped when I was sure I'd left my cell phone in a taxi having looked everywhere in my room including my bag. She contacted the taxi firm and in the meantime suggested I return to my room and she called the phone again. Sure enough the phone was in my bag but wedged under something else. Unfortunately later I did leave my camera in a taxi and she is working with them so that if found I can arrange its retrieval.”
