“I have visited Lanzarote loads and have always stayed in Puerto del carmen. However, after my visit to these apartments I will definitely be back. I booked last minute and I have honestly never stayed in such an amazing place for the price. If your looking for a chilled out time the I recommend you stay here. My only negative if there has to be one is that there is. Omar conditioning but this would not stop me going back”

“Check in: very quick and easy. A free taxi was used to drive our bags to the block we were staying in which was very nice. We were able to pay for a safe at 2.50 a day+10 deposit. Pool: good size, clean. Only down side was the rules of no ball games or inflatables which I hadn't been aware of before booking. I liked the glass boundary all around, great for child safety. “Great accommodation. Never sunbeds available beside pool people Leave towels out on sunbeds night before be prepared to do same. Great location but bit of a climb to accomodation. 5 mins from main strip.”

“Très mauvaise expérience dans cet hôtel. À notre arrivée, la chambre n’était pas propre. Nous avons demandé un nouveau passage de la femme de ménage, mais malgré cela, le nettoyage restait insuffisant : toilettes sales, sol mal nettoyé, etc. Ne parlons pas des cafards qui font leur vie… Le ménage n’est effectué qu’un jour sur deux, ce qui est étonnant pour un hôtel 4 étoiles. Le restaurant de l’hôtel était également très décevant, les repas étaient immangeables. Nous y avons séjourné une semaine...

“Reception staff, particularly Belen who helped when I was sure I'd left my cell phone in a taxi having looked everywhere in my room including my bag. She contacted the taxi firm and in the meantime suggested I return to my room and she called the phone again. Sure enough the phone was in my bag but wedged under something else. Unfortunately later I did leave my camera in a taxi and she is working with them so that if found I can arrange its retrieval.”

“Apartment was very dated, the sofa was absolutely disgusting it was supposed to be brown in colour but because it was used so often it was turning black, I had to put two large blankets over it to act as throws so I could sit on it, the cleaning of the apartment was a joke, sorry, I will not going back”
