STAY HERE. What a pleasant surprise this place was! We stayed for 1 night on our way to Amelia Island and we all wished we could stay longer here - it was truly a highlight of our spring break. Super clean, wonderful pool area, private beach access, small and cozy feeling. The nightly rates were WAY better than nearby hotels. Best part was the wonderfully kind and helpful folks at the front desk. We'll be back!

Beautiful area right on the beach. Older property but not run down. Bed was comfortable, air conditioning was quiet, door to balcony opened easily. Great outdoor bar right next door and multiple really good restaurants within easy walk.

The housekeeping was average. One cleaning for 4 days and the floor wasn’t clean. The the location was amazing, loved the balcony and ocean view with the beach bar connect to the pool area. The pool was crystal clean and the beach was steps away. Would stay there again!!

Loves this throw-back motel with its vintage charm brings memories of staying here with the family back in the ‘60’s but now with an updated, fun, on-site Tiki bar and beyond amazing gourmet restaurants and cool bar meet up places across the street. Ample on-site free parking, oceanfront where Atlantic Neptune Beaches meet-location is the best, safe, walkable, near all you need. We stay here every time we return to the area. We hope it’s here to stay another few decades!!

Room was a bit sparse, but serviceable. Being just steps from the beach, we didn’t spend a lot of time in the room. We were here for a week and it was also a great location for day trips into Jacksonville and St Augustine. Plenty of dining options within walking distance.

House keeping was on top of cleaning needs and front desk was top notch. Location Location Location Did I mention the bar on property called The Lemon Bar. Beautiful people all around. Best stay I think I’ve ever had in a hotel. Did I mention location. Great price as well. I will be back for sure.

Sunrise at Seahorse is amazing
What a hidden gem right in the center of it all. Right on the beach and a trendy downtown area just across the street. We were pleasantly surprised to see an art walk going on the night we arrived. Found out it’s a monthly occurrence with artists set up along the walkways.

The Sea Horse is an average motel. It is the location that makes this place. The staff is nice. The room by the gate to the pool is loud and the flood lights are bright for security purposes, but do blare in your room. Get a room on the second floor away from the center and you will be very happy there with a nice view of the Ocean and the Lemon Bar.

The Seahorse Oceanside Inn is a great place to stay. For the couple of days we were there the weather did not cooperate but the Inn was fantastic and the assortment of various restaurants within easy walking distance did not disappoint. My wife and I are already planning a return trip in December and probably another trip during peak season.

The room was pretty clean other than the floors which weren’t to bad and no rugs in the whole room. Me & my wife were very happy about that and we ended up upgrading to see the ocean from our room which is just going on the second floor and I believe there’s some rooms on the third but not that many. Nice pool and just steps to the beach. Nice stay totally recommend!!!
