"Hotel was good Although bathroom door didn’t close properly and very difficult to slide over Last day of staying our bed was not made up and no fresh towels given Staff in bar area were fantastic Hotel in a great area with a short distance to walk to Times Square Would stay there again"

"The initial bellman was incredibly rude and talked down to me. Bad first impression! Hence, no tip which my friends told me he was mad about! Good! He deserved nothing for treating me like I was stupid! Rest of the stay was great. Love the rotating bar on 48th floor. Rooms were clean but there were no glasses in our room. Didn’t understand that one!"
