Jamaica, New York hotel rooms at the La Quinta Inn & Suites

"I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a very pleasant experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff stood out as exceptionally helpful, welcoming, and attentive. They were quick to assist with any questions and made the entire stay feel comfortable and stress-free. The on-site restaurant was another highlight. The food was absolutely delicious—fresh, well-prepared, and with a great variety of options. It was convenient to have such high-quality dining available right at the hotel, and I found myself looking forward to each meal. The room itself appeared clean and well-maintained at first glance, with a comfortable setup and nice amenities. However, I did notice a couple of small but important cleanliness issues: there was a long hair on the toilet and what appeared to be another guest’s earring on the floor. While these didn’t take away from the overall comfort of the stay, they did suggest that housekeeping may have overlooked a few details. Despite that, the outstanding service from the staff and the excellent food made this a very enjoyable visit. With a bit more attention to detail in room cleaning, this hotel could easily provide a near-perfect experience."

"The elevator is the worst process to get to your room. We had to wait so long to be able to get to our room. One night waited 20 minutes before we could get on the elevator.Needs a better process! "

"Some outlets in our room didn’t work. The bathroom had no fan or window to ventilate. Necessary in such small quarters. "

"Fist off staff was great, no issues there. We arrived out of tow for a wedding over the weekend and arrived after Jack in time (4:30) with minimal time to get ready. She I arrived name was not in the system. Panicking I was able to get the booking # and were able to located my booking only to find out our room was not ready. We had to get downgraded because we did not have the time to which they took 35 bucks off a night but the room was extremely tiny especially for 4 people. We barely had room for our stuff and could barely Maneuver around. "
