"Extremely disappointing stay – Poor service and functional issues
I am writing this review as I have never experienced such a lack of customer care in all my travels. During my 5-night stay, I had to move rooms twice due to persistent Wi-Fi connection issues.
To make matters worse, I was charged an extra 10,000 KRW per day just to access a room where I could watch Netflix, which should have been a basic expectation given the circumstances. Despite these major inconveniences, the front desk staff never offered a single apology.
It felt like the hotel invested heavily in "showy" furniture that looks good in photos but lacks any actual functionality or comfort. This was a stay with zero consideration for the guest’s experience. I would not recommend this place if you value service and reliability."
