"We appreciated the professional and kind staff. The location was fantastic. It was easy to walk to beautiful landmarks. The train made it easy to get to other parts of Seoul which was clean, easy to navigate and safe way to go. Our room was kept tidy and stocked, The morning buffet was reasonable and delicious. We would highly recommend staying here."

"Easily one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in. The hotel was very luxurious. It was very clean, spacious and the staff was very helpful with all of our inquiries. Hotel location was right in the heart of myeongdong and right next to the train station making it very convenient. Highly recommended and would definitely stay here again if we come back to Seoul."

"This hotel is very spacious and clean. We booked the BOTANIK suite with the washer dryer which was the best choice we made for a family with 2 kids. The staff are very kind and helpful at the front desk. The location is great and close to Line 2 and walking distance to Gwangjang Market, a historical site and even to Myeongdong. The things I wish they provided was lotion and long term luggage storage. Other than that everything else was great. There are 2 convinient stores (one inside the hotel) and one across the street. The restaurants on the hotel grounds and cafe (Knedlo) were also very good. Overall we had a good experience and would book this hotel again."
