"During the last portion of my vacation, I fractured my ankle and the staff at Holiday Inn Incheon Songdo were very nice and helpful. They loaned me a wheelchair to use and moved my husband and myself to an accessible room. Special thanks to Jess at the front desk who helped me find a medical clinic nearby where I was able to see a doctor and get X-rays done. "As the hotel is advertised as on airport it requires you to take a courtesy bus to get to it, these only run every 30 minutes, dropping to hourly in the evening. I nearly missed the bus going to the hotel as the driver pulled up behind a bus for a different hotel so I only just noticed it at the last minute. On board it was extremely busy with only a couple of seats remaining. As everyone arrived at the hotel at the same time off the bus, checking in was extremely slow having to wait for the people in front of the queue to be served. The actual check in itself was excellent once I reached the desk. In the morning I had breakfast, which was very good with plenty of choice between western and local food. Anticipating that many people would be heading back the airport I made sure I was near the front of the queue for the 07:00 bus, good job I did as the bus was full on departure, I’m sure we left some people behind. "
