"The staff on the 1st floor were highly dedicated and incredibly helpful. The cleaning staff on the 24th floor were also very professional, and the location is absolutely perfect."

"The staff is very helpful. The location is the best you can get if you want to be in the middle of Meyongdong. The rooms in Seoul are small, this one felt larger. AC wasn’t working but it wasn’t that hot in October. Building is in good shape. The shower doors need to be closed, in Seoul most hotel showers are half glass so water gets everywhere."

"Had a great 6 night stay. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Room had a broken outlet and staff were super quick to get someone to come repair it. Breakfast was super good and always fresh no matter what time we went at. Overall room was clean and facility was great. The area surrounding it has some great food choices along with being super close to bus stops and subways! Will absolutely return on our next visit."

"The rooms had everything you needed but decoration was sparse and clinical. Room lighting was disappointing. Bed was against a wall, so it was awkward to go for an overnight toilet break without disturbing partner on open side of bed. Air con was efficient and washing machine in room welcomed."
