Great choice for good food and access to transport

Everything was perfect except parking. The location is in great neighborhood with easy walking access to a long list of restaurants to include ice cream! Light rail and Path are less than a 10 minute walk. The unit was spectacular. If the owners would provide a list of nearby parking lots and garages prior to arrival, that would have made it perfect.

Excellent excellent excellent! I thought parking would be an issue, but I was wrong. There were ample street parking during the day and night. Management did a great job marking sure our pleasant stay. Thank you very much!

Lo primero comentar que este no es el departamento en el que finalmente nos quedamos. El dia anteior a nuestra llegada nos vambiaron el departamento a uno a unas cuentas calles de este. Nuestra primera reaccion no fue de mucho agrado, pero cua do vinos el nuevo departamento quedamos miy contentos. Era fantástico, muy amplio, cómodo, nuevo, limpio, muy bien equipado. En un excelente ubicación, a 2 calles de la estacion Grove del Path, que deja en 18 minutos en la calle 33 de Manhattan o a 10 minutos de world trade center. Supermercado, tiendas, restaurantes y bares, todo al alcance de la mano. Excelente cambio!

Will stay again if the opportunity presents itself

We loved the location with proximity to a grocery store a few blocks away. Ferry, train and subway routes to NY and other ports on the NJ side were easily accessed. Loyda greeted us with a friendly smile and overview of the room and made herself available if we had any other questions about the flat or area. The only thing we noticed was the air conditioning had a tough time keeping out the humidity, but it was in the low 90s for the days we were there, so we figured that was part of the slight issue. Parking was not offered, but a Edison Park Fast was a block away and so easy to use. Just a few blocks to the Hudson River and we had a perfect view of Lower Manhattan and the World Trade Center Building, too! Overall we would absolutely recommend Deedee’s Downtown Flats to anyone who wants to visit NY City but not stay in the Big Apple itself. Loved it! ❤️

Absolutely beautiful flat!!! The beds were amazingly comfortable, wonderful spacious shower. Beautiful kitchen. I would absolutely go back. Close to train and coffee shops ❤️💙💜

Lovely first floor apartment in with European Jersey City brownstone. European appliances and walk in shower. Exposed brick walls and hardwood floors. Great bed, linens and towels. Kitchen stocked with bottled water, coffee for Keurig, creamer, paper towels and dishwashing/dishwasher products. Only thing missing was dish towels and pot holders for the oven

Toen we aan kwamen was het nog niet gastklaar maar we kregen een prima alternatief aangeboden voor een nacht de volgende dag naar het oorspronkelijke dichtbij New York alleen in vijf dagen geen nieuwe handdoeken en linnengoed terwijl dat wel zou moeten volgens beschrijving

Amazing stay at Deedee's Apartment

Incredible stay at DeeDee's apartment. The service was impeccable. Loyda (the greeter) made my stay terrific. The apartment has all the amenities you need - free wifi, Netflix, towels, everything. They gave me a free upgrade! Which was amazing. Even better was that after my flight got delayed and I needed a place to wait, they let me wait at a different unit for the entire day until my 8pm flight. The service, location, and hotel could not be beat!

Beautiful apartment in a great neighborhood

We rented 2 apartments in the building they were both very nice. The beds were comfortable and the apartments were clean and decorated well. The building is in walking distance to many restaurants and stores. The location is perfect and in a very safe area of town. I would highly recommend DeeDee's flats. There is no parking area but we were able to find street parking right outside.
