Hotel was perfect location for travel into NYC. We were in town for a show and museum stops. The clerk at the desk was great with transportation tips which made things so much easier! Hot tub was clean and very pleasant after long travel and lots of walking!

Very nice room. Although I thought I booked a room with 2 queen beds, we had a king bed in one room, and a sofa bed in the other., 3 females getting ready in one room would have been too much. Staff were Great, I especially enjoyed the rose scent as you enter the lobby and elevator area. The hot tub jets are pointed up , not in , creating almost a fountain effect, not a whirlpool or hot tub action.

Staff amazing facilities not so much

Our stay was so so. The hot water did not adjust right it was either super hot or non- existent. The Buffet breakfast consisted of watery eggs and less than appetizing sausage. The location was about the best thing about this hotel. The staff was super friendly and did everything they could to make our stay the best.
