Honestly, I just loved how peaceful it felt here. It’s super modern and stylish but it actually felt like a home rather than just another hotel stay. The views over Pretoria in the evening are something else. I spent way more time on the 16th floor than I planned to. Check-in was easy, the place was spotless.

Location , facilities etc all great communication with host not so much and it created uncertainty about the check in times and process as I had no access to any information despite calls and messages - my flight arrived late and was not sure what time check in times were available. As a woman traveling alone at night in South Africa this is not acceptable

Great apartment in great location

These apartments are really new and modern with everything you need for a short stay (or longer if you are one person). I will definitely book here again. It is walking distance from the Sunbet Arena, so if you are attending a concert or show here, this place is ideal to stay over. Although it is self-catering, it is surrounded by top quality restaurants, again all within walking distance.

Shouldn't be termed luxury. It's like the Donald Trump of hotels, say it and it's so. Air conditioning was not working. I don't term a queen bed as luxury, especially not one that moves everytime one of us moves. The interleading door, while locked, is not soundproofed and that ensured hearing cackling from the neighbours after their night out until 4am. Only one towel hook in the bathroom. NO euro plugs in the room, just one in the kitchen. The Netflix that they keep ok touting is just the app, you still need to sign in with your own account just like dstv streaming that is specified. Also, luxury in my mind means you at least get a bath sheet, but no, standard towels that could be fluffier. Worst was the fact that the bathroom, or at least toilet, did not have a door. It is in full view of the bed and balcony, so be sure you travel with someone you are VERY intimate with. While I just got married a few months ago, we have not reached that level of comfortability with one another and I hope we never do. It was clean though, definitely self catering with crockery and cutlery sufficient for your stay. Proximity to shops and Sunbet Arena can hardly be beaten.
