"Loved our stay"

"The room was clean, though one light bulb in the bathroom was out, and a floor lamp was missing its knob so we could not use it. ADA parking (which we needed for our family member in a wheelchair) near the main entrance was unavailable most of the time because other cars without ADA parking permit were occupying the spaces. Because our room did not have a "do not disturb" door hanger, we were interrupted several times during the first 24 hours of our stay. Once we asked and received a door hanger, the interruptions stopped. A little odd that with three guests in our room, only two sets of towels were provided. But otherwise the beds were comfortable, and with the fridge, microwave, iron & ironing board in our room, the stay was a good value."

"Breakfast at Rosie's was a.azing as well as the girl at the counter. We stayed two night at hotel ruby to see a show across the street at the knitting factory. There were 3 different people at the lobby check in that time and they were all awesome! Rooms are super clean as is the entire building and bar. We had a great stay. We'll definitely be coming back"

"The employee at check in was polite, efficient and still smiling in the morning. The room was a non-smoking room and had been smoked in recently, we slept with the window open and heard all of the outside noises. The entire hotel smelled like smoke. The carpet in the common-areas had holes and stains, there were fist-shaped holes in the drywall of the room as well as in multiple areas of the bathroom door. The toilet had cigarette burns on the seat and was stained. The floor in our room was sticky. Each bed had worn-out mattresses and the mattresses did not fit properly on the bedframes so when we got out of the bed, our legs hit the bedframes. There were multiple outlets which did not work so to get our phones to charge, we had to unplug the t.v. and a lamp. "

"We went to a concert at the Knitting Factory and this hotel was walking distance to the venue and also the restaurant we met friends at before the show. Comfy beds, friendly staff, and yummy breakfast too!"
