โWish the the room had a locking door instead of sliding. Also wish the tv had airplay or aircast to view your own content instead of hotel contentโ
โI really enjoyed my stay at the Renaissance Hotel especially the location being downtown Baltimore it made everything more accessible. Although the elevators were down the staff compensated me for the slight inconvenience, which was much appreciated. I look forward to staying here again.๐โ
โWhat we didnโt like was the inability for us to get a good nights rest. Traffic noise was pretty awful all night long. But we feel it isnโt the propertyโs fault. The hotel is in Baltimore, a well populated city. If we should ever stay here again I would bring earplugs and a hatch machine โ
โThe property was excellent and the front desk was superb however I only gave it 3 stars due to the valet parking it was truly a nightmare. The gentleman who my husband gave the car and keys to told him he would get a text right away with car parking details an hour later my husband goes down and is met by another valet he explains he has not received the text. The gentleman ask who took care of him my husband sees the valet rep running back and forth with no clue as to where the keys were after...
