โFront desk was very warm and welcoming. Everyone on site was courteous and polite.
Room was clean and had everything you could possibly need. The onsite store is exactly what the sign says "everything you need & nothing you don't"
Slept great and really enjoyed the stay. โ

TV remote was not working properly. We got it going after some effort.

โI stayed for a couple of nights last month (July 2025). This is a great place to stay. Conveniently located, in a very nice part of suburban Chicago. The staff is super friendly and strive to take care of you. The room I stayed in was very nice, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast is good, typical for most places like this, but hot, fresh and good quality. I will absolutely stay here again when in the area.โ
โI love how convenient it was. I loved the free breakfast. The room was okay, but the walls were very thin so it made it hard to try to sleep because of the noise. I also found old receipts behind one of the chairs in the room so that made me realize that they do not clean that good. Overall, the breakfast and pool were my favorite part of my stay. I would recommend and stay here again. โ
โThe pool is gorgeous! The beds were very comfortable and rooms were reasonably sized. Our stay in general was great. It was close to the Bristol Renaissance Faire. We would definitely stay there again.โ
