"Everything was there. Transit station, night life, shopping market, restaurants and more. Breakfast was self served. Laundry machines. Staff was very helpful. We locked our keys in the room and no one was around. But we followed the instructions on the door to contact them and the got us a key through the kiosk. Only weird thing for us was the toilet is in the shower. Other than that it was cool. Thank you for the experience"

"The hanok stay was very clean, and the contactless check-in and reception were run efficiently, so there was no inconvenience at all. Amenities were available in the lounge, where you could simply take what you needed, making it easy to relax quietly without running into anyone. Milk, cereal, and water were generously provided, and although I would have appreciated a bit more bread in the morning, it was fine overall.
